Every day in Monopoly Go, there are short-lived events that can give you a lot of rewards if you join in them at the right time.
Flash events come in a variety of types, and they can give players rewards such as dice, sticker packs, cash, etc. Some events can also reduce the consumption of specific resources for a certain period.
Cash Grab
During Cash Grab period, when the player’s chess piece lands on Chance grid and Cash Grab card is acquired, cash will continue to fall on the screen. Click on the cash on the screen to get them. You need to pay special attention to the gold banknotes, as they can provide more cash.
Flash Events, including Cash Grab, will be activated the moment you log in. If you don’t log in within the available time, the flash events will automatically disappear.
Cash Boost
Cash Boost lasts about five to ten minutes and doubles all cash rewards for participating in actions such as Roll, Bank Heist, etc. However, cash rewards you earn in events and tournament milestones will not be doubled.
Free Parking (Dice/Cash)
During Free Parking event in Monopoly Go, certain tiles will accumulate dice or cash, which you can collect when you park in a free parking space.
You can usually accumulate rewards in GO, Just Visiting and Go to Jail. When you come to Free Parking, you can get rewards and clear the accumulated rewards. Free Parking usually lasts for 45 minutes or 1 hour. You can set a multiplier in advance to increase the rewards you get in Free Parking.
Board Rush
In Board Rush event, you can get rewards after completing all the landmarks on the current board. The initial reward is about 30 dice or cash. Board Rush lasts for a long time, usually 6 to 12 hours.
Landmark Rush
You need to complete any landmark on the map during the event to get dice or cash rewards. Landmark Rush only runs for about 45 minutes to an hour.
Rent Frenzy
During Monopoly Go’s Rent Frenzy, significantly more players will appear on your board, and their pieces will land more frequently on the rent grid to earn you more cash. Rent Frenzy usually lasts about 20-30 minutes, and the only reward is rent from other players.
Color Wheel Boost
During Monopoly Go’s Color Wheel Boost, you can get an extra spin if there is a hotel of the same color in an adjacent building. Color Wheel Boost offers rewards such as Monopoly Go dice, cash, sticker packs, and even a chance to win a 5-star sticker pack!
Once Color Wheel Boost is activated, it will run for about 20 minutes, and if you want to get the most out of it, you’ll want to build as many hotels as possible on the board.
Mega Heist
In Monopoly Go, when you land on a railroad grid, you can trigger the mini-games Shutdown or Bank Heist. When Mega Heist is active (which is displayed when you enter the game), Bank Heist changes a bit.
During Mega Heist, you can earn a ton of cash by finding three gold bars in Bank Heist minigame. It also boosts your score in the ongoing tournament, giving you 16 to 24 points if you successfully complete Mega Heist.
High Roller
In Monopoly Go’s High Roller event, you can set a dice multiplier of up to 1000x, which greatly increases the rewards you get for a specific location, rather than the usual cap on the multiplier you set before rolling the dice to prevent wasting too many dice. But this method will also consume a lot of your dice in a flash.
Builder’s Bash
During Monopoly Go’s Builder’s Bash, you can gain an advantage by reducing the cost of building landmarks and completing cities. The highlight of this event is that you can upgrade and repair landmark buildings at half the price, saving your cash and boosting your net worth. Builder’s Bash is especially helpful for players who have completed ten maps.
Sticker Boom
When you open sticker packs during Sticker Boom, you can get 50% more stickers than normal. For example, if you normally get 4 stickers in a swap pack, you get 2 extra stickers during Sticker Boom. If the number of stickers in a sticker pack is odd, round it down. If the sticker pack contains 5 stickers, you can only get 2 extra Monopoly Go stickers.
Roll Match
Each Roll Match is active for only about ten minutes. During the event, players can get dice bonuses by matching each side of Roll Match feature dice.
Lucky Chance
During Lucky Chance, when players successfully land on Chance grid, they can draw High-Reward Lucky Chance Cards. These cards have better effects than regular cards and usually include:
- 100% Mega Heist Chance
- Continue to roll the dice at your current multiplier for one free roll.
- Cash Grab Flash Event
- High Roller Flash Event
- Rent Frenzy Flash Event
- Cash Boost Flash Event
Golden Blitz
Golden Blitz is a very rare event, and each event lasts for about a day. During this event, players can trade two specific Monopoly Go gold cards. A maximum of five trades can be made, and the number of trades is not counted as the number of normal trades.
